Q: Where are you located?
: We are located in beautiful Post Falls Idaho.  We relocated here in 2017 from Queen Creek Arizona.  We are a registered Arizona & Idaho LLC with 100% US ownership.  Please refer to our "Contact Us" page or "About Us" page for more information.  

Q: Do you send products to customers from Russia or from Idaho?
: We fulfill all orders from our Idaho location to guarantee fast delivery & high quality.

Q: What are the shipping charges and how do you send orders?
We send all orders using the United States Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail. We have researched the best shipping options and believe this is the fastest, and most efficient way to ship our products. 

Q: Where do you ship to?
We will ship anywhere in the USA, including Hawaii & Alaska. We ship to Canada.  You can read the details about shipping on our "Shipping Details" page. 

Q: How fast do orders ship?
: Orders are picked and packed, and shipped the same day if we receive the order before 1 PM local Time.  Nearly all orders are packed and shipped within 8 - 12 hours.  

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
: Login to your account at the top right corner of our site to see the status of any order, or edit account information.  You can check the status of the SHIPMENT on the USPS web site.  Enter the USPS tracking number provided by us into the "Track and Confirm" text box on the USPS home page.

Q: How long will it take to receive my items once I place an order?
We fulfill all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Normally, if you place an order on Monday - Friday before 1PM local time (Post Falls Idaho), your order will be shipped the same day. The average delivery time in the US is 3 - 4 days.  International Orders take between 7 - 16 days to receive, depending upon the country and exact address. 

Q: Is your website secure?
. Our web site is secure and uses a GeoTrust SSL Certificate with 256 bit encryption (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt all internet orders. Q: What payment options do you offer?
: We process payments using secure shopping cart technology.  Customers can also choose to pay using Amazon PayApple Pay, & PayPal.  We process all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express.  

Q: How does Amazon Pay Work on this site?
: We receive orders via our site; Amazon Pay processes the payment and we process the order and ship items.  We never see your Billing Address if you use Amazon Pay.  

Q: Can I pay by check or money order?
: We can make special arrangements for this type of payment, but we only offer this for wholesale customers or distributors.

Q: How often do you update your online product catalog?
: We update our product listings continuously. We also offer seasonal sales and special promotions for our current customers. Please subscribe to our email notices if you would like to be notified about product promotions and sales.

Q: Do you have printed catalogs?
: No. We do not offer these at this time because they become out-of-date very quickly. We offer handmade specialty items and gift products and many of these are one of a kind items. Additionally, even the nesting dolls and other items we routinely carry are often one of a kind due to the fact that the author or or artist signs these items.

Q: Does participate in an online comparison shopping sites?
 Yes. We are on eBay (100% Seller Rating) and Amazon.  We have a dedicated Amazon Shop that you can find easily using search.
