Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff
1.5 beef stew meat
1 tablespoon flour
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons tomato sauce

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt butter or margarine in it. When it is ready place sliced onion rings and fry it until it is golden brown. In a different skillet fry pre-cut ¼” thick meat strips. When meat is golden brown on both sides sprinkle it with flour and fry for about tree more minutes. Next, combine meat strips with fried onion rings. Cover the mix with tomato sauce and sour cream and bring to boil. After it is cooked, remove from heat and let it stand for three to four minutes before serving.
