We are located in Phoenix AZ & we ship to the US, Canada & international locations using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service. Orders received before 1PM (Arizona time) are fulfilled and shipped the same day. We provide shipment tracking numbers in all order confirmation emails. STATE SALES TAX INFORMATION
Because we are located in Arizona, we are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the order. Therefore, all Arizona customers will be charged the current AZ State Sales Tax. All orders from customers outside of Arizona will not have to pay state sales tax.
The Internet Tax Moratorium only provides that no new taxes can be applied to the internet itself and charges for Internet services, such as access charges. However, the Internet Tax Moratorium does not affect sellers who use the Internet as a medium to market their products. These sellers are subject to the same rules that have always applied to catalog sales, which means that sellers with a presence in a state must collect the state sales tax.
Sales tax is charged shipping and handling for orders delivered to Arizona only.
Many states also tax home delivery shipping and handling charges.
For Catalog and Internet Orders, tax rates are determined based on the delivery address of the order.
Orders mailed to APO/FPO addresses are not subject to sales and use taxes.
We have a 30 day money back return policy. Simply return any item to us in its orginal condition within 30 days of the purchase date and we will process a full refund for the product. We do not pay for return shipping and we do not "refund" shipping costs. We are not responsible for items that may be lost during the return process. Please use shipment tracking & signature confirmation when sending items back in order to avoid shipment tracking & lost shipment problems.
