We are located in Phoenix AZ & we ship all domestic orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

We have simplified the USPS shipping charges as indicated below.  Actual USPS shipping charges are often HIGHER than the charges we have in this web site.  Actual USPS shipping charges are based on the origin zip code, and then a combination of the destination zip code and the package's actual weight.

Deliveries Outside Continental USA

Mailable items (generally those weighing less than 70 lbs.) can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, and other Marianas Islands.

    Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via Priority Mail. Wwe require a home or office address, not a post office box number.
    Larger items (weighing between 70 and 150 pounds, and/or between 108 and 130 united inches) cannot be shipped via Priority Air.  These items can be shipped via parcel post and we will contact you when you place an order to inform you of the precise shipping charges.

You MUST choose GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL when you check out.  Please remember that the Free Shipping promotion is only available for customers located in the USA. For international orders, we reserve the right to charge you for actual shipping charges in the event that Priority Mail is chosen at checkout instead of Global Priority Mail. 

Your order and your credit card will be processed using the shipping method you select when checking out. 

We will ship your order directly to you the best way available.  We reserve the right to change shipping to USPS Global Priority Mail, Parcel Post, UPS, DHL Express or Federal Express depending on the destination. We will email you the tracking number for your order once it is fulfilled. You will be able to track your shipment directly via the USPS web site. We also insure shipments and require signature confirmation on all Express Mail orders

International Shipping charges are estimated in the Domestic Shipping table listed above, and are set based on the total value of your order. 

In almost all cases, the actual shipping charges are slightly higher that what we will charge you for international shipping.  In the event that the international shipping charges are significantly higher than what is set in our web site, we will contact you with alternative shipping options and prices for your approval before we ship your order.

STATE SALES TAX INFORMATION

Because we are located in Arizona, we are required by law to collect all state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the order.   Therefore, all Arizona customers will be charged the current AZ State Sales Tax.  All orders from customers outside of Arizona will not have to pay state sales tax.

 The Internet Tax Moratorium only provides that no new taxes can be applied to the internet itself and charges for Internet services, such as access charges. However, the Internet Tax Moratorium does not affect sellers who use the Internet as a medium to market their products. These sellers are subject to the same rules that have always applied to catalog sales, which means that sellers with a presence in a state must collect the state sales tax.

  • Sales tax is charged shipping and handling for orders delivered to Arizona only.

  • Many states also tax home delivery shipping and handling charges.

  • For Catalog and Internet Orders, tax rates are determined based on the delivery address of the order.

  • Orders mailed to APO/FPO addresses are not subject to sales and use taxes.
