Q: Where are you located?
: We are located in Phoenix Arizona, USA. We are a registered Arizona company with 100% US ownership.  You can read more about us here.

Q: Do you send products to customers from Russia or from Phoenix?
: We fulfill all orders from our Phoenix Arizona location to guarantee fast shipments and high quality.

Q: What are the shipping charges and how do you send orders?
We send all orders using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We have researched the best shipping options and believe this is the fastest, and most efficient way to ship our products. We ship international orders using Global Priority Mail. Shipping charges are an accurate estimate of what the actual charges would be if we took your packaged order to the post office. Shipping charges are based on the order weight, and origin (Phoenix) & destination delivery locations.

Q: Where do you ship to?
We will ship anywhere in the USA, including Hawaii & Alaska. We also ship to all European Union Countries, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. We can ship to most countries in the world upon special arrangement with the customer. For large orders, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the shipping charges. for smaller orders, we will fulfill your order and ship this using Global Priority Mail. Q: How can I view the status of my order?
: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. You can check the status of your ORDER on our web site. You can check the status of the SHIPMENT on the USPS web site at and enter in the USPS tracking number provided by us into the "Track and Confirm" text box on the usps home page. Note, you can easily copy your tracking number or any email text by selecting the text, then pressing the CTRL key and the "C" keys at the same time. Paste that copied text into the text box on the USPS page by pressing the CTRL key and "V" key at the same time.

Q: How long will it take to receive my items once I place an order?
We fulfill all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Normally, if you place an order on Monday - Friday before 5 PM local time (Arizona), your order will be shipped the next day. The average time for delivery in the USA is 3 - 4 days. International orders take about 7 days (European Union, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan). Orders to other countries can take between 6 - 10 days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday before 12 noon.

Q: How long does Express Mail delivery take?
: Express mail delivery is guaranteed to be delivered within 2 days anywhere in the USA, including weekends. Normal delivery takes 2 days. For example, if you order before 1200 noon local Arizona time, your order will be immediately fulfilled and sent that day, with delivery possible in most US locations on the next day. In some cases, Express Mail delivery takes three days. If your order is placed after 1200, with Express Mail Delivery, the order will be fulfilled and sent the following day, and normally received one or two days after it is sent.

Q: Is your web site secure?
: Yes. Our web site is secure and uses a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt all internet orders. Q: What payment options do you offer?
: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Q: Can I pay by check or money order?
: We can make special arrangements for this type of payment, but we only offer this for wholesale customers or distributors.

Q: How often do you update your online product catalog?
: We update our product listings continuously. We also offer seasonal sales and special promotions for our current customers. Please subscribe to our email notices if you would like to be notified about product promotions and sales.

Q: Do you have printed catalogs?
: No. We do not offer these at this time because they become out-of-date very quickly. We offer handmade specialty items and gift products and many of these are one of a kind items. Additionally, even the nesting dolls and other items we routinely carry are often one of a kind due to the fact that the author or or artist signs these items.

Q: Does participate in an online comparison shopping sites?
Yes. We are a ranked member of and Shopzilla, as well as Google Shopping.  Our entire product catalog is also available at these sites.
